I love Perone Pharmacy because It's like all the small town pharmacies I grew up in. Desiree called me four times today just to get my medication right and I appreciated it so much!!! I promise you there's not any other pharmacies doing that! Thank you Desiree!!!!

Perrone’s goes above and beyond to ensure we have everything we need! During a time when insurance and healthcare is as complicated as ever, it is reassuring to have a local pharmacy that is willing to go the extra mile to make things easy for the customer. All staff are wonderful and extremely helpful….highly recommend!

I’m really leaving this for the pharmacy. I just want to suggest as part of the delivery service to incorporate a cheap customer facing tracker. It is so cheap and a few missed deliveries would pay for itself. I know you can’t give times of delivery but we could check ourselves and remain available when close. Sometimes we aren’t involved in the order process and wait all day for meds that aren’t scheduled until evening. With terminal illnesses there are still good days and bad days and to waist a good day waiting it would mean a lot to your patients/customers as well. I really do think the cost could be offset between gas savings hourly rates or trip labor cost. Pharmacy staff on phone with maybe inquiring or upset customers that didn’t get meds. Just a recommendation to think about.

Best pharmacy in Fort Worth. Literally been a customer since I was born. My parents were friends with Mr Perrone back in the 70s when I was a boy. The place carries in the legacy even to this day. If you're in need of a pharmacy, this is an excellent choice. Highest recommendation.

I’ve been using Perrone Pharmacy for the past six months, always friendly, fills my prescriptions quickly, helpful if I have any questions and has a great front end. Always recommending shopping local.

Thanks to all the staff @ Perrones especially pharmacist Heather, Maddie, Kelly, Allison, Cynthia. I use this pharmacy for personal and business reasons. They are always nice, respectful and sometimes hilarious to talk to and be around. This is an amazing staff…..

Ive used lots of pharmacies and I have to say that Perrone pharmacy is my favorite. Ive never had any issues. They have definitely gone a step above to make sure I fill welcome when I come in or on the phone. Especially, Desiree she always has a smile and positive attitude, even on the phone you can hear her smile. It is obvious that she enjoys her job.

😊Dezy, Cynthia, Tara, Hailey, Maddy, Heather…. Go tell them hi!!! By far best pharmacy ever and will never go anywhere else. Perrone’s is amazing and they have always made me feel like family. 5 stars doesn’t even seem like a high enough review. Every visit is always fun, I love seeing and talking to the staff there! I really love Perrone, been using them for over 3yrs and wouldn’t change. The staff is responsive, helpful and courteous. I can always get questions answered and issues resolved over the phone. I especially want to commend Cynthia, she is a joy. She greets by name and asks about my life which is very endearing and goes a long way! I’ve seen her compliment other customers in a genuine manner. You can’t fake that. The other staff are equally good and well trained for certain, absolutely no complaints. If you want a personal touch and trusted competence this is definitely the right place!

We go there all the time and everyone is so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and kind. On my last visit, Cynthia helped me. Of course, she was wonderful. In addition to the compliments above, she helped me with Apple Pay and also put my Credit Card on file, so it will make things easier, each time I visit their store. We love Perrone Pharmacy. They are sure lucky to have Cynthia as one of their employees! She is the best!!
